Can I
bring more than one pet? |
| |
You may bring as many as you'd like. Just
know that the more pets you have, the longer it takes to
get good photos. If you bring more than two pets, the minimum
guideline of 100 photos drops to 75 and I recommend you
book two sessions back to back. |

|
| |
How should I prepare
my pet for the shoot? |
| |
Definitely get your pet groomed! |
| |

|
| |
What should I do
to get ready? |
| |
Groom yourself, too! Definitely wear makeup
(males & females!), wear solid-colored clothing, shoes
are optional, and dress in a style that you most closely
associate with your pet. If you live a formal life in a
Fifth Avenue apartment, bring a ball gown. If you take long
walks on the beach, wear shorts and bring your dog's favorite
ball or stick. |

|
| |
Do I have to be
in the picture? |
| |
Absolutely not. If you want a photo session
that's just about Fido, we're happy with that, too. |
| |

|
| |
Do you require
a deposit? |
| |
We require a 50% deposit to book your date.
It's payable by check or credit card through PayPal. |
| |

|
| |
What equipment
do you use? |
| |
We use Canon's top-of-the-line 35mm digital
equipment, the 1Ds Mark II. |
| |

|
| |
What if I get sick
or my pet is ill on our shoot date? |
| |
If you need to postpone your shoot with less
than 48 hours notice, you will incur a 50% postponement
fee. |
| |

|
| |
What if I need to
cancel altogether? |
| |
We will give you a full deposit refund if
you cancel more than 7 days before your shoot date. If you
cancel with less than 7 days before your shoot date and
cannot reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit. |
| |

|
| |
What packages
do you offer? |
| |
We don't offer packages in the traditional
sense. We have a reasonably-priced session fee just in case
you don't find what you're looking for in your first session.
If this is the case, the next sit fee is on us. |
| |

|
| |
What should I bring
to the shoot? |
| |
Your pet's favorite treats, squeaky toys
or other favorite distractions. |
| |

|
| |
How many pictures
do you take? |
| |
If you bring one or two pets, we take a minimum
of 125 images in a 90-minute session and 60 images in a
45-minute session. In most cases, you'll receive well over
this minimum guideline.
For more than two pets, the minimum number of shots you
get drops just because it's harder to organize multiple
animals. Please call for guidelines! |

|
| |
What happens after
the shoot? |
| |
After the shoot, you have the option of scheduling an order
session when you'll come back to view your proofs and
various print options.
If you order an additional $300 worth of artwork from this session, it's free. If you don't, I just bill you the difference between what you order and $300.
Please allow about two hours to review your proofs and
make your order decision in a relaxed manner. |
| |

|
| |
Why do you have a minimum purchase for Order Sessions? |
| |
Today's modern household, whether it's a
single person or a bustling, multi-generational family,
is choosing to preserve its loved members with photographic
art.
We customize these accent pieces to best suit your decor
no matter how big or small your space.
Contrary to popular belief, large wall pieces in small spaces
actually make a space feel bigger, not smaller.
With this in mind, we create stunning portraits in a minimum
size that still maintains the art's impact. This effort takes a lot of skill, time and equipment that we need to pay for. If you trust us, you won't be disappointed. |
